Wash Park will be a very exciting and busy place with the largest dog walk in America - the FURRY SCURRY. The Furry Scurry is an amazing annual fundraiser for the Dumb Friends League (DFL). DFL cares for more than 20,000 homeless pets each year. For more info, click HERE.
Event tents will line the loop road north of the Lawn and there will be many dog show events such as frisbee dogs, agility, flyball, etc. The event attracts 10,000 people and 5,000 dogs. There will be NO parking in the Park, but parking will likely be available at South High School and throughout the neighborhood.
Those of us that played last year on the morning of this event found a lot of interested folks at the fence line - so weather permitting, join us from 10 am to noon!
