The Denver Croquet Club is adding 4 sets of Dawson Croquet Balls! Please join us this Sunday, July 12th for the official unveiling and fundraising party.5 PM - Games and Silent Auction; 6 PM - Scrambler
The DCrC is very proud to announce the club's acquisition of new croquet balls! These aren't just any balls, these are THE gold standard DAWSON 2000 croquet balls; the one and only pro player and tournament accepted balls! Our club will proudly enjoy these for years to come!
- As part of the special event on July 12th we are holding a fundraiser to help pay for the balls.
- We will have a silent auction, so please consider items to contribute to the cause. Got an old mallet you don't use? Consider donating it! We have some of the old balls to auction as well as individual coaching and a swing clinic from the DCrC coach. Other surprises are in store as well.
- We will have a dollar-for-dollar donation matching drive from a member who is sponsoring the Dawson acquisition.
The event goal is to raise $1,200 to cover part of the cost (each ball costs $135+), though we'd be delighted to exceed that! Please consider donating! And of course, plenty of Croquet, including a Scrambler!
